Carlos Castro

As the Senior IT Manager at PCS, Carlos maintains network/server infrastructure internally and for the majority of PCS clients.

Since becoming a part of the team in 2007, he has built his knowledge and skill to become our top IT Guru learning all he can about Microsoft servers and assisting with point of escalation Tier 3 support.

Carlos is most excited about the trajectory of the company as well as troubleshooting/ fixing problems of any kind and the new challenges that the job brings every day.

When not at work, he can be found working out, gaming on his PC, and even putting together his own computers which is something he takes great pride in.
