“In our partnership with PCS Technology, Dan acts as our IT Director. One of the largest benefits of working with PCS is that they understand the nonprofit space and where our revenue and funding come from. With their help, we have been able to maximize the money we have and utilize funds for our technology needs.”

Success Story

Situation
In late 2019, our organization was struggling with aging technology that was causing inefficiencies in our operations. We needed a solution to get our technology up to speed and move everything to the cloud. Fortunately, we discovered PCS technology.

Task
Our task was to integrate PCS technology into our operations and move everything to the cloud. We needed to ensure that the transition was seamless and that our team was trained on the new technology

Action
We enlisted the help of Dan and his team to implement the PCS technology. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the transition was smooth and that all of our team members were trained on the new technology. By March 2020, we were fully operational on the cloud and ready for any challenges that may come our way.

Result
When the pandemic hit in March 2020, we were prepared. Thanks to the PCS technology, we were able to continue operating without interruption. While many other nonprofits in San Francisco were forced to close their doors, we remained open and were able to continue serving our community.
