DISH
Case Study
DISH believes that everyone deserves a home.
About DISH
DISH provides high-quality, permanent housing to San Franciscans who suffer from serious health issues. With DISH’s help, their residents can get off the streets, rebuild their lives, and strengthen our communities. DISH believes in harm reduction as a vital approach to successful supportive housing — meeting their tenants where they are when they move into their buildings – without expectation or judgment, and helping them stay housed.
DISH currently provides housing for 570 low-income, formerly homeless tenants and has over 75 employees.

PCS Technology upgraded the technological framework in DISH’s buildings with:
More accessible WiFi
‘Brave buttons’ - emergency alert buttons designed to save tenants from overdosing
State-of-the-art business class equipment
Vonage voIP phone systems
A transition to Microsoft 365
