Ivan Enriquez

As the Service Desk Coordinator / Dispatcher for PCS, Ivan dispatches tickets and takes calls from the users.

Since Ivan joined the team in 2021, he has helped troubleshoot user's issues sometimes and work on their tickets. It is something he gets excited for as it gives him the chance to see different issues and coordinate it with the engineers.

Ivan enjoys the opportunity to learn and grow each day while also being appreciated for the work he does even if it doesn’t feel like work to him.

When not at work, you can find Ivan playing computer games or his guitar.
