Support Engineer II

As a Support Engineer II with PCS, Sidney helps with network equipment and server configurations.

Since becoming a part of the PCS team in 2017, he has acted as the general escalation point for stuck tickets. His experience with Windows Server, Windows 7/10/11, MacOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Azure, Gsuite, Intermedia and more help make him the perfect person for helping move tickets to where they are needed for our clients.

He enjoys the many opportunities to grow and learn at PCS and takes pride in being able to face a challenge and adapt to take care of it. He believes, “Almost everyone in today's world uses IT, but only some can support it.”

When not at work, he can be found gaming or cooking.
